Because one is actual apprasial, done by a proffesional, that has been in your home and saw everything about, while Zillow took recent sales and few details that it got from the county records and came up with an ESTIMATE. So relax and don't take it serious, because the bank and the appraisors don't.

I think it is sad that zillow offers estimates that are not correct. I think that if they do not know the house like an agent would that they shouldn't offer misleading information on pricing. This is the only thing I dislike about Zillow...
Please explain why my appraisor said '$310,000" and you say $228,000.
