Please help me understand how to raise the value of our zestimate.

We have made many improvements that should raise the value of our home compared to other similar homes in our area, yet our home shows lower than those homes.  Help us understand how to raise the zestimate to accurately reflect the value of our home.

They are not meant to be accurate. In Metro Denver Zestimates come within 5% of the sold price 30% of the time.
