This is what is termed up there as off-lake property. If you know DCL, if a house like this was on the lake, it would be worth closer to $1M and that's an entirely different proposition. It's near the Foodland just off 219 at the top of the lake near Wisp, about 3/8mi from the lake and marinas. All the furniture would convey at that price. As it notes, 499 is a "make me move price" which tranlates to we LOVE it and aren't exactly what you'd call motivated sellers.
