I am interested in Huffman Heights, Elm Abode, Pinewood Knoll, and Skyland Estates. I'd consider a lot to buy for under $25,000 in those areas as well to build a home on top of the basement or place a modular home on.

I don't know if an agent in your area will see your post, but if you have specific wants like this, the best way to get alerts is to ask a local realtor in your area to put you on their email list. That way you can enter your criteria in the MLS and when you get a match, it will get sent to you automatically. Most agents will happily set up these alerts so you don't miss any new listings or price reductions on houses that might work for you.
