Pls change status of this listing to "Sold".

My agents have fed into system of sold status of a house I purchased/closed, and yet it's still showing up in Zillow. Can you correct it in your system?
Thanks.

Tell your agent to sign in to Zillow and remove it. Also if it was within a week that the home was sold it sometimes takes that long to feed over.

I don't know if this will work, but if you sign in to Zillow, then locate your property & "claim" it, you may be able to "de-list" it.

Hope it works out for you...

Your question isn't associated with a specific listing.

Did the agents just update it in their system?  If so, then it usually refreshes on Zillow within 24 h.   If it doesn't, it is possible they have forgotten about a separate feed to Zillow as Zillow doesn't get their feeds from the MLS.   You can figure this out by going to the bottom of the home details page and clicking on the blue listing source/website to check the agent's status on the feed.

Well, it is actually the real estate agent who listed the home's responsibility for removing the feed on the home. If you go to the very bottom of your home's page it will say LISTING PROVIDED BY. You need to contact this person/agency and ask them to remove the feed or it will reappear...and it likely will appear in other places.

In my opinion, while most REA's try to make sure a home is listed in as many places for as much exposure as possible, they need to be just as diligent in making sure all those feeds are changed to SOLD!
