Portfolio Lenders in Nashville

We are looking for Portfolio lenders in Nashville.  We are 6 months out from non-consumer bankruptcy (bad investment property), have good income and a 50%+ down payment, and credit is fair, considering.  But, obviously, cannot do conventional or FHA because we aren't 2 years out.  Google is not particularly helpful and since this is a relocation from another part of the country I have no local resources.  Any ideas where to look?  I've heard there are portfolio lenders that will do this, but I do not know how or where to find them.  Otherwise we will have to just buy what we can afford in cash but we're not thrilled with the options.

Did you ever have any luck with this?  I may have a resource or two for you.

This can be possible depending on the circumstances of your bankruptcies, your current finances, and your financial history since then. The large down payment can definitely help and as you know portfolio lending may be your only option as of now. I recommend speaking with a lender like myself to see if there is anything that can be done for you. I hope this helps and good luck!
