Hello, Would there be a possibility of a Lease with a option to buy? I will be in position to buy in July of 2009. Might also be interested in a 2-3 year lease or owner financed.

Mikel, I don't believe that would be an option since this house is a foreclosure and is currently priced 65,000 lower than the original asking price. However, thank you for showing your interest!
