Possibly buying a questionable foreclosure

There is this house my husband and I have been keeping our eye on. It's repeatedly listed on our local sheriff sale site. We drove by it last year and it looked like the current owners still live there. What reason(s) would there be for a house to be repeatedly listed? And the judgement amount is always the same.

That's interesting. I read your other post, too. Two banks? That may be why it is repeatedly pulled off the list.
The "current owner" is also a defendant, no?

How did you plan to buy the house, cash, or financed? At the sheriff sale?

What else do you know about the two banks? Do you know what they are both owed, if anything? Where is this property? The mortgages may be online.

The judgement amount probably doesn't include interest and fees.
