Great suggestion. It's definitely on our wishlist of things to do. (I'm personally getting tired of clicking through all the threads to find new content.) So yeah, no promises, but we'll do out best here.
In the meantime, all the threads are RSS enabled, so if you have a RSS reader setup, you can use that to see if there are new posts in the threads you're most active in.

I use IE7 and it has a little RSS button up in the toolbar. The correct link should be:

RSS is not bad. It does tend to take someone away from the Zillow site.
The Motley Fool (US or UK - UK site is free) has a feature where you see replies that are posted to something you wrote. A list is maintained showing all the replies. When you visit you can see if anyone has replied. You can then reply to their reply. You do not see the full thread, just the response to your specific post.
The feature lets you know if someone posted a comment that is likely specifically directed at your post.

It would be a great tool to be able to know how many people viewed their listing on Zillow. Posting viewings would greatly enhance the site.

We actually do display how many times a home details page has been viewed. It's at the bottom of the home details page.

Contributions:70Easy to look through all the topics now... as the feature just went live. I'm just thinking down the line, when the topics and reponses become very deep.
