Potential scam in DC

Rental listing appeared 1/24/12 but is gone now.  5077 Lowell St. NW, Washington, DC 20016 for rent at $900/month. Is Zillow aware?  "Landlord" Justin Brown asks for application and deposit to get keys to view since he is out of town.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Because it was removed already it seems that it was already reported to us and we closed the users account.

Here's a link to the Zillow FAQ on internet scams and fraud.  (A link to this FAQ appears on every rental listing on the site automatically).
