Pre-Foreclosure. Need more information.

I am very interested in this property. Not to re-sell but to live there. Please if you could help me with how I can make this possible. The property from the road looks like it is in poor condition (cash flow problems by owner?) The dock is wrecked from a storm with the last third missing completely. A am preparred to do a cash purchase a good price can be worked out. Please see this link for the limited information I can see:

Many of the REO websites are out-dated. Your best bet is to find a good real estate agent to assist you.

There are a lot of properties for sale on River Road on Trulia, realtor and other sites. That listing you are seein on Zillow is coming from foreclosure.com a separate subscription site, but the photo for those often does not match the property address.

You can either contact a local agent for information about REO's or houses for sale in that local area or you can pay for the information on foreclosure. If it were me, I would call a local agent for the most current information.
