On a couple of occassions, buyers have reported having more than one agent respond to their inquiry. Just today I had a buyer customer contact me to set up a showing on a property, I responded to her within a few moments and about an hour later she received a random e-mail from another agent asking if she was able to set up the showing ok and to let him know if she needed any assistance. I was at a loss when she asked me who the agent was that had sent her that message... I told her I did not recognize the agent and thought that perhaps she had accidentally sent two inquiries. She replied that she had not, she had ONLY sent a message to me. I spoke with another Zillow premier agent and he said that had happened to him before as well.Is it possible inquiries are going out to more than one agent? And why when you fill out the inquiry box at the bottom of the screen with the agent's pre-filled information does it go to another agent all together???
