Ha, that is always how it works!  Yes, just let me know if you see it again.
Thanks,
Nate

Can you post a link to a house that doesn't have a price?  All homes should have prices.  The only time they may not have a price is if it is a foreclosure and the price can't be shown.

Thanks for the replies but maybe I was not clear.
Sometimes when I view homes for sale I see the sale price which is fine. Sometimes it only shows "monthly payment" and I can' figure out how to view just the overall price.
I am just looking at specific zip codes and not entering any price or payment in the options.
I just can't figure out why sometimes the view is different - I prefer to see price all the time.
TIA

Yes, David is correct.  We don't allow you to change the price in the calculator at the top of the page since we use the price of the home.  But we do have a separate calculator further down the page in which you can modify the price.

When you make changes to the calculator at the top of the page, we save your edits so we can apply them to other houses you look at while you are on the site.  For example, if you select the 15 year fixed loan program from the drop down and click submit, we will show you monthly payments based on a 15 year fixed program on all of the other home detail pages as well.

If you clicked on the edit button next to the monthly payment, I don't think you can change the price there.

But, there is a mortage calculator to the right side (halfway down the page), where you can adjust the loan amount. The loan amount usually begins at 80% of the price of the house. You can put in a new loan amount based on a new price to get an estimate.
