Price estimate at 376 West St, Brockton, ma

Please let me know why the house is the only one in the area that dropped $36k in a month, and is $50k lower than 384 West when they are similar.  The house is valued at $139K??? This is unacceptable when I am trying to sell my house.  ALL comparable homes are $50k higher, and this is affecting me...I will need to take action otherwise.

I don't know why your house dropped $36K in a month per Zillow, butThe 384 has 444 sqft bigger than your house, naturally higher value the 384 then your.
By the way, the home detail page shows $3K dropped in 30 days, not the $36K figure.
