I agree with Mills Realty...DON'T rely on any Zestimate! Zestimates provide a range of values, some more accurate than others. You are always best served to work with an expereinced real estate agent to help you determine market value and buyer behavior.

If your local Assessor information is online, you can use as a gauge (and only a gauge) what this house is assessed at as compared to the other homes. It may give you an idea that it has some upgrades, greater size, etc.
I will also mirror the other two agents: find an agent to help you so you do not overspend. Using an agent to buy a listed property costs you NO money, and you benefit from their expertise.

Zillow is a great tool to get a ballpark figure on a house. If you want to get more exact details, I would suggest to contact a local agent in your area to assist you in this process. Or if you feel comfortable doing this yourself there are ways but without access to the MLS and other features that licensed agents have, but it could not be as accurate as you might want.

First of all don't rely on the Zestimate to assist you in valuing property. You would be better served contacting a local agent to represent you in the buying of this property. Have the agent provide you with all of the pertinent information. In addition there are many agent willing to rebate you a portion of their commission assuming it is legal to do in Michigan.
