thanks for the input. we continue to believe its the ideal home for the right person. we sure love it. last summer, the price could've been a lot higher :-) but, we're living in the present and, thus, have lowered the price. it's definitely a million dollar view.

I viewed this home on Sunday. With that view and the neighborhood, I think the price is very reasonable. Although the house is a bit small, and needs some work. But still a great deal for Denny Blaine.
