Price per sq. ft.?

Could you give me a ballpark figure of the price per sq. ft. on condo's and/or twin homes in the Sun City Arizona area?  The one I'm looking at is 1226 sq. ft., single car garage, two bed, one bath.  Has been updated.  It is priced at $130,000.  That's $106 sq. foot.  Seems high to me?  Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks

Yes that is high. Should be around 110000. The older folks sometimes think their stuff is gold. Also the winter months are here so the price goes up. Wait till its 115F.

Hey, you're on Zillow, elkman. You should get ballpark info here.

But if you want someone else to do the work, just Google for a Realtor and ask - you'll get a flood of detailed, timely and hopefully accurate info. And this will be FREE, all the agent will ask for is your loyalty IF you move forward.

And you'll get experience and professionalism, too - FREE!

Google up a good Realtor, elkman.

A realtor in your area would be able to help you figure out what the recently sold comps in the last 30 days have sold for with a CMA, but short of that I would try to do a search for the property here type the address in the box next to Find Homes and hit the blue GO button. If it comes up, you can look to the right hand side of the home page for comps per square foot. You will need to click see more comps and find the comps on the list that most closely match your possible condos features/size/age. Zillow's comps usually are about 30-45 days old, but they will get you started. In this declining market, I would definitely call a local agent to get more recent comps than that to make sure that you feel comfortable with the price per square foot.
