If you have the house on the market, you can have the asking price changed.  If you are asking about changing the Zestimate, Zillow does that in response to data on the home and the surrounding community changing.  If there are missing or incorrect data on the home, please claim it and edit the home data.   The Zestimate may respond over the next couple of months.
