Yes. Of course the 100% quotes don't exist but it really doesn't matter. I send those to Geoffrey and Nida multiple times a week and nothing ever happens to the lenders that do it and I see the same ones week after week.

US Bank will only go to $500k I believe at 90%. At 85% you can get them to go up to $800k

1st and 2nds are not allowed on Zillow. That's a problem too because if someone wants a 30 Yr fixed in Ga on a $420K loan, they have to get Jumbo quotes around 5.5%-6.5% and up. A bankrate or lending tree lender would quote a conforming 1st and piggyback.
