The only way to know todays value of that house is to have it appraised. I doubt it is worth 79K.That is from an old sold record of something in your area that matches your homes basic criteria. Go in and claim your home on Zillow and update the features, that should bring the value up a bit. Check out Zillow's Frequently Asked Questions for more answers too.
