Prices do not match appraised value.

I built my house in May 2010, It appraised for $150K.   Zestimate shows a value of $79K.

There's another house listed like mine but without the amenities that I have for $109K

The only way to know todays value of that house is to have it appraised. I doubt it is worth 79K.That is from an old sold record of something in your area that matches your homes basic criteria. Go in and claim your home on Zillow and update the features, that should bring the value up a bit. Check out Zillow's Frequently Asked Questions for more answers too.
FAQ, left hand column. If you were to sell your home today, you would probably get a comparative market analysis from a listing agent or pay for an appraisal, until that time, enjoy your gorgeous home!
