I showed some homes in the Crescent Heights development to a client about 4-5 weeks back. They have some new homes still being built and some completed ones available for sale. Prices start at $575K and up.

Prices not showing in Zillow
I am planning to buy a house in crescent heights community in Placentia, California, The community is at the intersection of N Richfield Rd and Orachard Dr in the city of Placentia.
Houses were sold in this community starting from January 2010. But Zillow is not showing the zestimate of these house in the site.
Please advice.
