Zillow obtains it's information from county public records. I checked both houses on Oakland County Public records and your taxable value is $10,000 less than your neighbors property there. Records also indicate that your neighbors home is 118 square feet larger and their basement is 60 square feet larger.
Perhaps you appealed your taxes and received an adjustment in your taxable value and this was passed on to Zillow. But both houses had a reduction of $5,000 in their taxable value last year.
If you send me your e-mail address, I will gladly e-mail copies of both public records to you.

Pricing on Zillow
My house at 1074 Fox Court, Oxford, MI 48371 just drastically dropped in price on Zillow recently. It has always been aboutn $2,000 more on Zillow than our neighbors at 1160 Yale and our houses are identical. Our neighbors' home's values didn't drop that much and I wanted to have someone look into it. We are trying to sell our house at this time and I know a lot of people check on here. I believe there is an error on our house. Thank you.
