Problems Submitting the XML Feed

Hi - we've tried to submit an xml feed for our listings.  We made an update to the feed and tried to resubmit it but were unable to since the URL had already been submitted previously.

The URL is: http://easternshorehousing.com/xml1.aspx

This is our first time submitting such a feed.  Our listings currently aren't showing up, so if there's a problem, we were hoping to figure that out so we can have our listings appear on the site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
