@Terry: If a property is listed for sale on Zillow and it shouldn't be, the first thing to do is to open the home details page, scroll to the very bottom and click on the blue listing website. That will identify the feed source to Zillow, and where the listing needs to be canceled.

It's definitely a serious concern since it has happened multiple times.
I do realize that you aren't a representative so I apologize if I was being short, I'm just very frustrated with Zillow's lack of contact information, which is all I really want! If flagging this will get a customer service person's attention, please do so.
I do appreciate all your help, though!

Z57 is not Zillow, but apparently has pirated your company's old listings into a data feed. Z57 directs people to your agency. This should be of serious concern to your agency, because if it has happened once it is likely to happen again.
I am not representing Zillow, and there has been no "mad" expressed in this thread. I am simply a friendly visitor who is trying to help you get to the bottom of this with our detective hats on.
I will flag your post to see if a Zillow customer service person can help you further.

Yes, it shows my Agency but the Agents it lists have been retired and no longer work here. The owners bought their house from them in 2008, but the property says it was listed again on April 10th 2010. Clearly there is an error, and if I have no way to trace the feed, remove the house, and no way to contact Zillow to have it removed directly...
I'm mostly upset that Zillow directed the owners to my Agency and now they are mad at us when we didn't put the property up.

Let's see if I can read between the lines. The listing source says "Z57" but when you click on the blue source it shows your agency and your contact information?

I see the listing source is Z57, but what can I use that number for? I've flagged previous properties with the same issue but nothing ever came of it.

If a property is listed on Zillow through a data feed, the data feed can be found on the bottom of the property details page as a blue listing source. If they've been calling your company, chances are very high that the listing source goes back to your company. Open the properties in question and check the listing source to see if there is anything you can do.
If this isn't something you can touch, flag the property and report the issue directly (so Zillow has the property addresses in question).

Properties are listed that are NOT for sale. How can I get them taken down? Owners are NOT happy.
