Property: 40 Autumn Street, Lodi NJ07644. What is going on with the zestimate on my home?

On Friday June 10th, the zestimate on my home was $241,500. Now it's saying $150,000. Something is definitely wrong. Especially since his home was recently upgraded. If anything, the zestimate should have gone up to above $241,500. I've attached recent pictures.

    If you are serious and wont to know "What's going on?" It's time to get involved. First, appeal your property taxes. Then talk with your neighbors and bring them out to public County and Municipal meetings.  You must work to bring spending under control. Regards,

    ah, maybe because you bought it six months ago at $144K and your area has gone down 4% since then ?!?!? Maybe it was over-valued on June 10th by Zillow...
