There are tons of these in Florida. That business exploded as the market crashed and investors came in buying everything up.

Thinking of investing with partners in Orlando or Kissimee, short term to long term rentals. Would need property management to assist in maintaining property, and book short term leasing / rental.

The best way to find them would be to google property management firms in the city where you are looking. Nearly every real estate company has property management divisions. You can find them easily for any given city. Just start there and I think you'll find plenty who can be of assistance to you. Thank you for your question.
