You can try to flag your property and ask Zillow to remove the listing. Click on Edit-> report problem with this listing.
It might still come back if it is from a feed.
That is one of the areas that I believe Zillow can easily do better, instead of just pointing the finger at feeds. A owner should be able to opt out his property from automated feeds.
