Yes I think that is a Type-O.The property must be a rental and the wrong box got checked.

Usually when you see a house "for sale" at a ridiculous price it is because the data haven't transferred properly and it is really for rent. Open the property details page, scroll to the bottom and click on the "listing website" for more details.
