During my home buying process we required the sellers to get a inspection done on the roof. The inspection was done and the roof was given a 100% approval with no issues.I began to doubt the validity of the inspection and had another roofing company come do an inspection which noted many problems and that the roof needs to be replaced. Is there any avenues to pursue to address the bad roof inspection that was given to us during the buying process? I wouldn't have purchased the house at this price if I received the accurate roof inspection first.
