What public records do you see? I looked in MLS and it only shows it was on the market and expired without a sale. The MLS link to the Scott County records shows a sale in March, 2007. It's probably a website with ancorrect data, not public records. Therefore, I'd try contacting the website to see what their options are to correct the information.

Public record shows my home was sold in 2010 and it was not. How do I get this corrected?
