Sorry, this property closed on February 3 for $38,000. To see the MLS closing data on this property:

The active for sale information on Zillow lags behind the MLS data. Many Realtors can provide you free MLS searches that you can do on your own. Or, if you prefer they can provide the lists for you. The MLS data will be up to date and just show you homes currentlly for sale.

The good news? There are more similarly priced homes (or less) in Florence.

I would recommend contacting an agent in Florence or looking up in Google a realtor in that area. If you're not purchasing with cash, it will be very difficult to purchase.
