Purchased a home in Nov 2010 that is still listed. The agent has not responded to my "unclaim request" and i would like to "claim" the home now that it is sold.
Ideally, i would like to add some updated photos. Thanks!

If the agent has removed the "for sale" status, then you can go to "report problem" (under edit) and report a wrong ownership claim so Zillow can release it to you.

I do not know what you can do on Zillow, but you can tell the agent that if he does not remove the listing from Zillow you will complain to his Managing Broker. It is against our rules to advertise a property for sale that is no longer for sale and for which the agent does not have written permission from the owner to advertise.
