Question about FHA loan

Profile picture for TheaMElliott
Me & My husband will need more room soon and we have a 2 bd condo. We may sell or rent it, and looking into buying a house cheap and perhaps getting a FHA loan and rehab it for us. Is that easy to get? How does that work?. Can it be any house or must it be a foreclosure or HUD type housing?

Your best bet is to set up an appointment right away with the loan officer in your own bank. Then you will know for sure how to proceed.
