Question on how you valuate a homeMy home is for sale at 699,777, yet is showing a value on Zillow at $609k. My home is highly upgraded and homes lower in upgrades located in an inferior location within my neighborhood have sold for $640k. Why would Zillow place such a low value on my home as I've input that I'm 8 years newer than the $640k home that sold, coupled with a culdisac location and over $150k in upgrades. Don't quite get how your system works folks.
