I own home at 30 rose path lane, waynesville, nc 28786.
It suddenly went from 80K+ to 130K for some reason. Haywood cty assessment was at 82k. I appealed and it was raised to 94K+  Curious.
Question: link below: I guess comes from google maps?

Amyway, it shows rose path lane going through the middle of property at 1979 camp branch road (my neighbor). when in fact rose path lane goes right by the front of my house, which is ON rose path lane. Don't know how map can be fixed.

Hi there, you live in such a pretty area. To try to fix the map, either go in to My Zillow, top right and claim the home and then try to move things around or go into Zillows FAQ's left column here and look for some great tips that way.
