Are you serious?? Can I ask why besides location or is it all about location?? I've never been to LA but I am sure location is a part of the reasoning. I am the one who offered on the house by the way and would love to hear your thoughts and reasons. Very helpful and thanks for the response.

Have you seek the advice of a buyer agent? The house itself looks OK but we do not know the neighborhood in which it is located and therefore lack comps to back up whatever we could say about the price. Good luck!

Ofe is correct, and yes it is about location. I service a geographical area that includes 6 counties. If you take a house in one county and place it in another there realistically could be $100,000 difference in value. If I moved that same house a couple counties further north it could be a $200,000 difference or more.
There is no way we can answer this question unless we service the area in which the house is located.

Looks to be a good deal from the pictures. But, it is all about location and condition. If it is in line with the comps, then you should have not problems. Good Luck.
