I have seen this house on many different site listing and am interested in making an appointment to see it, however I am no longer finding on the usual real-estate sites. Is it sold or even sale pending?

Erik; Had two buyers that failed financially. Just lowered the price to $249,900-a real value for ANY home with 2,000SF. I'll check it again but distance to Sounder is under 3/4 of a mile.

I live in the area and I can honestly say that the train noise is not that bad. It is not a main line, so they don't run very often. You almost never hear them at nighttime

The home is about a block from the railroad with other homes and trees in between. It can be heard but the noise level is quite low.
