No the Community does not have a ramp but there is one Very close in Saftey Harbour. It's 3mi driving time and about 1 1/2 mi by water. It is deed restricted, $320 Yrly. The home is Very nice and very well kept. I will call you later to set-up an appointment.

I will be purchasing a boat or jet skiis and was wondering if your community has a boat ramp. If not where is the closest ramp from your community? Also, is your neighborhood deed restricted? Any homeowner association fees required? From the picture, your house looks very nice. I would like to see the rest of it. 727-687-2754. Very interested!
