I have another home in the area. We do have an association to maintain lakes, commons and beach areas. No problems with home. The home was inspected in February with no problems. The Base and Schools are close.

Thank you Sir...I am transferring to Hurlburt Field in February 09 so looking for a home. I will travel to Fort Walton Beach in October to "house-hunt." Any additional information you can provide would be appreciated. For example: Is your home for sale by owner or, are you using a realtor? Are there any homeowner's association dues? Are you aware of any problems with the house or, any major repairs? Anything else I should know about your home? If you don't mind me asking...why are you selling? Never Flooded ..11.5 feet above slab on a monolithic slab..insurance cost this year will be including flood insuance under $800.00
