Questions.. I am trying to sell a home at 614 Sunset Madison Ohio that I purchased on short sale..

The zillow estimate just recently dropped to a crazy low amount.. When other houses in the development same street are estimated so much higher.. Why would this be?? I still pay taxes on a true value and the other homes are selling at above the zillow estimate?? Zillow is killing me.. The property I am selling has been completely renovated??   The short sale isn't what the house is worth.. Help

First off, Zillow isn't killing you, your home, if listed on the mls will probably be purchased by a buyer who is represented by a realtor. If you are a for sale by owner, then do your homework and get the comps, dont use a realtor for this and then go fsbo, thats not cool. Find out what has sold in the last three months, or hire an appraiser and get the comps. Buyers shop the areas, they know, they generally work with real estate agents who educate them to value. Its summer, too hot to sweat things :)
