Any thoughts would be appreciated.I recently sold my home.After ALL the paperwork was finished and HUD-1 was being faxed and the closing was over.The real estate agent pulled out a Addendum/Endorsement to Agreement of Sale form.I was about a shower handel that wasn't fixed that I even pointed out before closing. It works, just no the way they wanted.Anyways this addendum to sale stated that the buyers would get 3 estimates from plumbers to fix the problem. The date of agreement on it is 3/28/10 when our closing was on 5/21/10!We signed the form because we had to rush 1 hour away to make a second closing.2 Questions;1. Isn't the sale final after closing, how can new addendum be written up?2. also, how can they be written on 5/21/10 with a date of 3/28/10?Just curious how this works - I'm interested.Thanks,Ben
