Summary Viewd - they saw quote but did not open and view details
Details Viewed - Opened your quote and viewed
Declined - they deleted their request

Summary Viewed = the initial page was checked
Details Viewed = the link was clicked on to see the full quote
As for which is more favorable - details viewed. Expect a lot of viewings and not so many responses. Goes with the territory. :)

"Contact made" can be deceptive. We only know when borrowers have contacted lenders via the e-mail form on Zillow but not when they either call you or e-mail you directly.

David, has the other bug been resolved? ie: when a lender or anyone viewing the quote contacts the submitting lender it was showing as a contact made. Jut curious.

Thanks for posting the thread. I didnt know this either. I have been here a long time, but not as a lender working with quotes.
I dont expect to get even a sniff for at least 300 quotes, so I have a long ways to go yet. Many good brokers on here havent scored a loan in spite of hundreds of quotes, but then a few have after even 100.

I see this tool also as a numbers game... So far so good. I beleve that by taking the time to submit an actual quote along with detailed and relevant information, one can expect to do well in the long run.

When I post a quote and then go back to view the quote later I can't tell what the different status means. For example, Active? Summary viewed? Details viewed? What do all of these mean, I know it is fairly straight forward but I'm not sure which is more favorable. Yes, I am new to the site.
