We currently have this property on the market.  I am the owner and agent representing the sale of this property.  The price shown on the website does not reflect the current reductions.  You currently show it listed at $1,769,000.  We have since had reductions to $1,695,000 about a month ago and currently have it listed at $1,595,000.  These reductions show up in the local MLS.  Is there a reason why the pricing does not stay current with those changes.  I was wondering if you could make the adjustment since it won't allow me to update the pricing on the website.
