REALLY bad zestimate on addressWow, I'm pretty shocked. There is an zestimate on the home my friend is living in that is SERIOUSLY off to the tune of probably about $400k-$500,00 dollars (i.e., the zestimate is that amount over the real value of that house currently). It is a house that has not been sold in many, many years in a desirable neighborhood, so that is probably causing confusion, but this is super misleading and seemingingly unethical thing to post something so dangerously over the real value because it's a "guess." Why wouldn't the mystery default fall in the other direction? It seems it's steered toward helping sellers in that neighborhood versus middle ground for buyers and sellers.
