REALLY bad zestimate on address

Wow, I'm pretty shocked.  There is an zestimate on the home my friend is living in that is SERIOUSLY off to the tune of probably about $400k-$500,00 dollars (i.e., the zestimate is that amount over the real value of that house currently).  It is a house that has not been sold in many, many years in a desirable neighborhood, so that is probably causing confusion, but this is super misleading and seemingingly unethical thing to post something so dangerously over the real value because it's a "guess."  Why wouldn't the mystery default fall in the other direction?  It seems it's steered toward helping sellers in that neighborhood versus middle ground for buyers and sellers.
