REIT Lenders - Does anyone have any suggestions for REIT Lenders? Thanks!

I have an investor client who is looking to purchase a couple of multifamily homes through his REIT.  He is only finding 2 lenders who work with REIT financing.  Does anyone have any lenders they have worked with on REIT purchase financing?
