You can tell them to click the Rate Lender link under the lender information on the quote details page. This link is only visible to borrowers and shows up directly under the "View lender profile" link.
The rating system sucks. I asked for interest only got a lot fixed rates but I can not rate the lender because I did not contact them. Why would I contact them???? when they did not provide requested info. They should rated an "f" but I can not rate them.

Why would you want to rate someone poorly for not giving you something they can't? I don't know your scenario, but the reason no one responded with what you want is because it's not available. Right now, the site doesn't give us any way to let you know that, so the only other alternative is to quote you the next best thing. Don't you think that if it was that loan officers would be falling all over themselves to try to win your business? Maybe what you really should be doing is communicating your dissatisfaction with Zillow for not providing a way for the lenders to tell you exactly that, in terms of some sort of comments field or other way.
Featured Rates are based on state rates for 30 year fixed loans and are valid for the date shown, but they may change without notice. They are for consumers with a credit rating of 720 or higher and a 20% or higher down payment. Rate, terms, pre-paid finance charges, and APR may vary based on factors such as creditworthiness of the applicant(s), self employment status of the applicant(s), condo or townhouse structure, loan amount, and geographic location of the property.
If a lender does not offer a national rate, a state rate may be shown next to the lender's name. For example, 'Bank name (CA)'.
... and, it's free and anonymous
