Why has Zillow not done a better job in creating this info - At one time they had 116 Timberlake correct but have combined it with the info for 6305 Knotts Landing Rd..  Even the info shown currently for 116 Timberlake provides info that it inaccurate.  Do a better job in cross referencing data - the owner's mailing address is not necessarily the property address!
