Re: How the Zestimate curve is against the Zestimate Value

I am the agent. I was watching one typical property which I know inside out. I had watch your Zestimate. The curve show me the price is down by annual and the fact is the same at this typical area and market. But the Zestimate is $23K up per 30 days. And I do realize the Owner may have comments about the value of property. Is any reason the owner just clicks ' too low ' and it will change the Zestimate value and againt your own curve value....This will hurt yourself the trust from market Buyer....

The owner can have in impact on the estimates, but only by changing the core data (house size, lot size,# beds, # baths,  # stories, year built...), and there is a delay in the change impacting the estimates to minimize gaming and to provide stability for the index trends calculated from the estimates.

An owner comment makes absolutely no difference to any of the estimates.
One can also use the "report a problem" or the "flags" if recently sold prices are wrong, or the recently sold that were used in the modeling have wrong data or wrong sales prices or are not ownership residential units.
