In my opinion, the only thing that is not working in our market is sellers who don't believe their property is over-priced. Buyers are looking and not making offers. many complain about the inventory being in bad shape. Which is back to the first point.

Our market is moving slow as buyers confidence is being undermined by the national media. Too many negative stories create a false impression. Our numbers are not as bad as some of your markets. Time will tell if the 1/2 point cut does anything to consumer confidence here and elsewhere.
