Clearly there is something you like in the Wi numbers.  Perhaps you could elaborate.  Are there numbers in the WI data that stand out to you?   Which ones?   Why?   What conclusions do you make?

The link to the WRA is attached

The market is still struggling due to the ability to get credit~ as you look at the numbers you will notice the total number of Wisconsin House Sales YTD is down since 2007~

2010     (9,668)
2009   (11,336)
2008     (3,566)
2007   (13,897)

As while as the average sale price. Based on my experience here in southren Wisconsin the purchase price of a home on the market today will be the 2001-2003 assessment on your property taxes, if it is a bank owned property I have found it is about half to three quarters of the assessment totals for 2010.

Of course these are based on my experience and may not be true for every section of  Wisconsin.
